Project Safety Plan

To ensure the responsibilities and expectations of the safety program are identified and communicated we develop a PSSP unique to each work environment. The plan outlines our safe work procedures, best practices and legislative requirements used to execute all work fronts in a safe and productive manner.

WHAT GETS MEASURED, GETS DONE

Safety performance is measured through an analysis of key performance indicators. The evaluation of safety activities (leading indicators), and the analysis of safety statistics (lagging indicators) are reviewed and monitored closely to ensure safety objectives are achieved.
